Route begins at Little
Parmoor Farm, turn left out of gate, Left bridleway HA14, pass chalk pit
and wild orchids, cross road to HA14b see red kites soaring over the
valley, Left to Skirmett, right onto road, track to Poynants Manor,
right on to HA50, see springs rising into a stream, take road to
Turville. Visit The Vicar of Dibley’s church, Opposite church T10 climb
up to Cobstone Mill, right down road to HA16 Fingest, see square tower
church, take road thru village to HA1 Chiltern Way, walk by magnificent
beech avenue, HA1. HA2 to Little Frieth, road to village, Left, road to
Frieth, then right into Hayles Fields, walk along chestnut tree avenue
HA10 to Parmoor, then road to Little Parmoor Farm. (Route maps available
